The Canada Line SkyTrain goes downtown from the airport (transfer needed to the Expo Line). The $5 YVR extra fee, which only applies to travel away from YVR, can be avoided by using FareSaver tickets, available in books of 10 at the 7-Eleven or Pharmasave at the airport.
